why Ramirez law?

I was born and raised in South Texas. Growing up, I saw my parents go to work every day, rain or shine. Through good times and bad, they never wavered in their commitment to earning a living in a responsible manner and their belief that, through those efforts, their sons could one day have a better life and more opportunities. They achieved their goal, and, in doing so, I learned the values of hard work, persistence, and dedication.

After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 2007 and becoming the first lawyer in my family, I worked as a labor and employment attorney at two of the largest law firms in the country. I founded my own law firm in order to apply my experience, dedication, and hard work to representing individuals, helping them protect their rights under all areas of employment law. I am one of a small group of attorneys Board Certified in Labor and Employment by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
